A sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 guests. Two bedrooms, both with separate beds for 2. The second bedroom has a small wardrobe with a sliding door. Electric sauna, 2 showers, toilet in the washroom, and a separate toilet.

The apartment is an apartment on the ground floor of a 2-story building, with a view from the windows and a small balcony facing Talvijärvi. Other apartments in the area. Near by the Aurinkorinne apartments.
