Experience the peace of Lapland - a beach cottage completed in 2020 by the clear waters of Lake Nilijärvi offers the perfect place to relax in the vicinity of nature, far from the hustle, but close to amenities!

436 km north of Rovaniemi and only 148 km from Ivalo, the village of Sevettijärvi is only 2.5 kilometers away and in the peace of the Lappish landscape, a modern and well-equipped cottage (46 m², on one floor) awaits you. The bedroom has two 80 cm wide beds, an alcove separated by a curtain for a third sleeper in the kitchen, and the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a comfortable extra bed for two (140 cm). The bathroom has a shower cabin and a flushing toilet.

The distance from the terrace to the beach is less than 20 meters, the beach is gently deepening and has a sandy and gravel bottom, excellent for both morning swimming and children's games.

The terrace continues past the campfire site to the lakeside sauna, where a traditional sauna with a wood-burning stove relaxes you. Behind the sauna there is an outdoor toilet and a large storage room/garage in the yard.

This place is perfect for those who value peace, pure nature and the magic of Lapland – but don't want to compromise on comfort.
