Discover our renovated Lärche holiday flat, ideally located in the breathtaking Mühlwaldertal valley at an altitude of 1400m, right at the entrance to the picturesque Lappach waterfalls. Embedded in the impressive mountain scenery, this accommodation offers the perfect starting point for nature lovers and guests seeking peace and quiet. Enjoy the enchanting view and the calming atmosphere that surrounds this unique spot.

Inside, the flat boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable east-facing terrace, a large dining table and a cosy sofa. The modern kitchen offers everything your heart desires: from an induction hob and dishwasher to a fridge with freezer compartment. Kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle and hand blender are also provided. There is a double bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom and another large double bedroom, each equipped with high-quality mattresses.

The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired: A large garden offers a playground with a swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline and seesaw - a paradise for children. Plenty of deckchairs invite you to relax, while our pets Flicki & Flocki and cat Mimi are happy to be stroked.

The area surrounding the holiday flat is a paradise for active holidaymakers. Just 200 metres away, a large forest playground awaits discovery and just 500 metres away, the mountain village of Lappach with its bar and grocery shop invites you to linger. Numerous hiking trails to the Zillertal three-thousand metre peaks or the nearby mountain pastures start right on the doorstep. In winter, ski tours and snowshoe hikes are a great way to explore the idyllic snowy landscape.
