By car

Transfers from Zurich is motorway all the way to Göschenen. Then it takes another ten minutes to reach Andermatt via the winding road up the impressive Schöllenen Gorge.

By train

Travelers by train from north or south catch the hourly SBB (Schweizer Bundesbahnen) train to Göschenen. For the final ten minutes you travel on the narrow gauge Matterhorn-Gotthard Railway, which makes a spectacular ascent up the Schöllenen Gorge.
