Bled is a beautiful old spa town on the shores of the stunning Lake Bled surrounded by the snowy peaks of the Julian Alps. It's a very popular year round destination especially for summer holidays but also in winter as a base for exploring the local ski resort of Straza and the nearby resorts of Kranjska Gora, Vogel and Kobla at Lake Bohinj.
Bled has an excellent choice of shops, cafes, bars and clubs plus there is the casino for a bit of extra fun.
The choice of eateries is equally impressive serving up local cuisine to cosmopolitan dishes heavily influenced by Italian and Austrian specialities - you will be spoilt for choice.

Our view on Bled skiing holidays
Bled is best described as one of those lakes & mountains destinations you will go back to time after time. We think Bled is a very pretty village, full of life, excellent value and a perfect family holiday destination.
