Champoluc ski holidays Skiing & snowboarding in Champoluc - Monte Rosa, Aosta
Overview
Champoluc ski holidays - overlooked by the mighty Monte Rosa massif, Champoluc is a wonderful and traditional village sitting at 1564m in the Aosta region of Northern Italy.
The village is part of the Monterosa ski carousel that provides 180kms of linked pistes spanning 3 valleys which are home to the other two main villages of Gressoney and Alagna.
The resort is surrounded by the the highest peaks in the Alps including Punta Dufour at 4634m, second only to Mont Blanc. Skiing in the Monte Rosa massif is virtually uheard of outside of Italy meaning its long, wide pistes are uncrowded and lift queues a rarity.

Our view on Champoluc ski holidays
We think skiing in Champoluc is superb for all levels of skier and boarder and whilst off the radar, a ski holiday remains excellent value. Whilst low key when compared to the other Aosta ski resorts such as Cervinia and Courmayeur, Champoluc delivers an authentic Italian ski holiday experience with access to the world class Monte Rosa ski area.
