Skiing the trails on Copper Mountain is for all levels from complete beginner to advanced. It is known as a progressive ski resort and as the piste map shows, the difficulty of the trails increases as you go from west to east. One thing is certain, sitting at nearly 3000m, this is one ski resort where you don't have to worry about lack of snow.

Snowcat Tours
One of the best ways and least expensive ways to go ski touring is via snowcat - no need for your piste map here as your local guide will escourt you in to the unknown for an adventure to remember. The snowcat service is free with your lift pass and is a fantastic experience not to be missed.
Snowmobile
No trip to Copper Mountain would be complete without having a go on a snowmobile. From beginners who prefer gentle groomed trails to advanced terrain, its an experience you won't forget. Depending on your tour, you can zip along the trails in the White River National Forest or motor on up the mountain where you will get 360-degree panoramic views of the mountain ranges including the Continental Divide.
