Ski holidays in Livigno - if you like great skiing, having fun and great food, Livigno ski resort ticks all the boxes. It's a high altitude snow-sure duty free resort at the end of the Valtellina Valley on the Swiss border.

There are three ski areas providing 115km of pistes - Carosello, Costaccia and Mottolino - full of long blues and reds but very little to offer advanced skiers. To compensate, Livigno has several terrain parks, some of the best in Europe.

The après-ski starts at the bottom of the slopes and continues into the town centre where there is a large choice of lively bars, night clubs and restaurants serving regional dishes.

Our view on Livigno ski holidays

We think Livigno is a great place to start your skiing career - it's fun, very welcoming, superb local cuisine, lively and with it's duty free status, is certainly excellent value.
