Peio piste map Skiing and snowboarding around Val di Sole, Brenta Dolomites
Val di Sole is one of the largest skiing areas in the western Trentino with 3 main ski areas...
- Peio in the Stelvio National Park catering for all levels of skier and boarder but with just 16km of pistes - it is ideal for beginners and families
- Dolomiti di Brenta incorporating the resorts of Folgarida-Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo giving 150km of connected pistes reaching up to 2500m
- Passo Tolale and the Presena glacier at 3000m. This area provides 60km of pistes and depending upon snow conditions, is skiable most days of the year
Peio is part of the "SKIRAMA DOLOMITI Adamello Brenta" carousel covered by a single lift pass giving a huge 380km of pistes served by 150 lifts - you will certainly need your piste map to navigate this huge area. The other resorts on the carousel are:
- Ponte di Legno
- Andalo-Fai della Paganella
- Monte Bondone
- Folgaria-Lavarone
All the pistes flowing down Monte Vioz roll right up the the village meaning that lots of the ski chalets and apartments offer ski-in, ski-out which is a big plus if you are on a family ski holiday.
