How to get to Stowe
Getting to Stowe Mountain ski resort is easy whether you are coming by plane, train or car.
By plane
The closest airport is Burlington that has daily flights from most major cities including Philadelphia, Chicago, Pittsburgh, New York, Boston, and Washington. Continental Airlines, The Delta Connection, United Airlines, and US Airways all fly there.
Airport Transfers & Driving
From Burlington airport, the transfer takes around 40 minutes to cover the 55km.

The route to Stowe is 90% state or interstate highway which makes driving there quite easy. From I-89, exit on to Route 100N and continue for 11 miles to the centre of Stowe Village.
If you are staying in the mountain resort, you will need to take Route 108N from the village and make the steep climb up the mountain for 6 miles - it takes around 20 minutes.
By Train
Waterbury station is the closest and is just 15 minutes drive to the resort. From the station, you will need to take a taxi.
