How to get to Sun Peaks
By plane
Sun Peaks Resort is located in central British Columbia, in Western Canada and is just 45 minutes drive from Kamloops International airport and 212km from Kelowna International.
Air Canada - Jazz and WestJet operate daily direct flights from Calgary and Vancouver to Kamloops and daily direct flights from Toronto to Kelowna.
Coming from the United States, United Airlines fly daily from Los Angeles to Kelowna.
By car
If you are driving in winter and want to avoid the back roads which can get blocked, the safest, easiest and most direct route from Kamloopsto Sun Peaks Resort is via Highway 5 heading north following the directions to Tod Mountain.
Exit at Tod Mountain Road next to Heffley Creek and follow the road all the way until you arrive at Sun Peaks.
By train
Unfortunately, there are no train services to Sun Peaks so other than hiring a car or booking a private airport transfer, the next best way to get to Sun Peaks is via Sun Peaks own airport shuttle bus. This can be booked on the Tourist Office website
