Vogel has a micro climate fed by the moisture from the Adriatic that gives a superb snow record with the higher slopes at 1800m often covered under 3m of the white stuff. Whilst the snow record is good, the resort could benefit from some snow making machines especially on the ling 6km red back to the lake.
