Welcome to Haus Schmiderer, your dream holiday destination in Saalfelden, which promises peace and relaxation in an idyllic residential area close to the town centre. For ski enthusiasts, the Leogang-Saalbach and Maria Alm-Hintertal ski areas are just 10 minutes away by car, with the added convenience of a ski bus that takes you directly to the winter sports areas. Thanks to its location, Saalfelden offers the perfect base for unforgettable holiday experiences for the whole family at any time of year.

The holiday flat extends over the 1st and 2nd floor and has a comfortable interior. On the 1st floor you will find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a cosy dining area. A separate bedroom with a double bed and spacious wardrobe, as well as the option of providing a cot on request, promise a good night's sleep. The living room also has a pull-out double sofa bed and TV, while the bathroom with WC is fully equipped. The highlight of the 1st floor is the large balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. On the 2nd floor you will find a charming triple room with balcony, equipped with a double bed and a smaller single bed for teenagers or children, as well as a WC with a small washbasin. Free WLAN is of course available.

The outdoor area of Haus Schmiderer invites you to enjoy the picturesque landscape and the fresh mountain air to the full. The spacious balcony offers an unrivalled view of the surrounding mountains.
