Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and shower/WC. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Patio. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The rental property extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 2nd floor) and is partly open to the staircase. If there are fewer people than the maximum number of persons, not all bedrooms are available (only in summer). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
