The cozy living room features a large dining table for up to six people, a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs, a coffee table, TV, DVD player, and a fireplace ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains.The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet, and bidet, while the wood-look tiled floor adds a warm and inviting atmosphere.On the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The indoor swimming pool in the building is directly accessible through the underground garage, and a sauna is available for a small fee (coin-operated). A reserved parking space in the underground garage is also included.Please note that there is no elevator. Pets are welcome, but the apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
