The apartment Serena 202 is in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view from the balcony to the Obersee in Arosa. You can also ski directly to the apartment and in the morning you can easily reach the ski area with the free bus. Here you can end the evenings in a wonderful ambience. The apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a holiday. Of course all beds are upholstered and terry towels and kitchen towels with rags are ready.

The apartment house "Serena" with 8 apartments (built in 1977, renovated in 2003) is located on the Höhwaldweg in the "Seehalde" area above Lake Obersee, directly on the Prätschli-Waldwiese/Obersee home runway. Problem-free, winter-proof access by car, underground car park with access via the staircase to the apartment. The bus stop "Seehalde" of the Arosa free bus is about 300 meters away from the property. Completely furnished, comfortable holiday apartment with south balcony consisting of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with 2 beds each (100 x 200cm), bathroom with WC, washbasin and tub, WC with washbasin, shower with washbasin. All rooms (80 m2 net living area) have floor heating (earth and solar energy), are comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is top equipped with cooking and dining utensils, including a Nespresso coffee machine and fondue and raclette. The living room with dining table and 4 chairs also have a comfortable cozy seating area with club table.
