The newly renovated Marmotta apartment is located in the new Waldheim development, just below the centre. It offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and being close to the centre. A really cosy atmosphere has been created in the 48m² space. The beautiful bathroom is particularly eye-catching – with a wonderfully large bathtub in which you are sure to find relaxation. The interior design also features a great lighting concept that bathes the apartment in warm, cosy light.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) waiting for you, and the sofa bed in the living room, with a mattress of the same size, is also a fully-fledged place to sleep – ideal if you are travelling with small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the in-house washing machine and dryer in the apartment is particularly practical. On sunny days, you will love your own outdoor area – here you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet. And if you fancy going out? A short walk and you are right in the centre of the city.

On arrival the beds are of course made up, also bath and kitchen towels are ready.
