The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in autumn 2022. A lot of natural materials from the region were applied. You will find Valser quartzite in the bathroom, Verde Spluga as cover in the kitchen and lots of fragrant stone pine from the Engadin. One of the highlights is the electrically adjustable daybed with a fantastic view of the Arosa mountains. The apartment is ideal for two adults (with one child). It is generously designed with a large window front facing east and south. A luxurious interior with lots of wood guarantees a relaxing stay. The interior is just as suitable for an extended winter or summer vacation as it is for a few days of home office in the mountains. In large built-in cupboards, all the utensils you have brought with you can be easily accommodated. In the spacious kitchen in stone pine wood and Verde Spluga granite, every hobby cook and every professional cook will feel right at home. State-of-the-art appliances from V-ZUG are ready for use in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with the spacious shower is equipped with Valser quartzite and offers pleasant comfort.

1.5 room apartment in the house "Zum Rota Hus" in the heart of Arosa, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, the cable car stations, the post office and many shops. The location of this apartment building between Poststrasse and Unterseestrasse is perfect for all mountain activities (skiing, biking, hiking, etc.) as well as for home office. The house has a bicycle/bike/ski room and a lift.
