The spacious 3 bedroom apartment (70m2) is located on the 2nd floor of a detached wooden chalet with 3 separate apartments. Since it is the attic apartment, it has a low crossbeam in the apartment. The Chalet Schwarzsee is located directly at the entrance to the village of Arosa and thus close to the Obersee and the shops. The nearest bus stop is only a few meters away on foot.
