Spacious 2-room apartment located on 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. The next bus stop is situated only a few meters away from the building. It is strongly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment as well as on the balcony!
