Charming apartment on the Untersee in Arosa. It is completely renovated and furnished in a rustic and modern style.It is ideal for small families and couples and has a terrace overlooking the street and the mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small bathroom and a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed.The living room is spacious and has access to the terrace. It is equipped with wifi, cable TV, Apple TV and stereo.The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table with seating for 5 people. Guests can use the building's laundry room every Wednesday and leave their skis at the entrance.
