The holiday flat with a very large living room and bedroom is located in the house Mattern in Innerarosa. The beautiful view of the impressive mountain panorama of Arosa is very much appreciated. The living space is approx. 50 m2. The kitchen and the bathroom have been freshly renovated. A parking lot is directly at the house. On arrival the beds are of course covered, bath towels and kitchen towels are also ready.

The bright 1-room apartment in the 3 family house Mattern with a long family history convinces with its very quiet, secluded location. The apartment has a south/west location in Innerarosa and has a bright living/bedroom and a newly renovated bathroom. On request an additional bed can be provided for children or guests. In the sunny living room you can spend comfortable hours on the new sofa. The open and spacious kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette. The most beautiful view of Schafrügga and 1 outdoor car park, ski room and free WLAN complete the apartment offer.
