A traditional compact alpine apartment with balcony, sleeps 2 with an additional sofa bed (35 sq m). The Haus Seewaldweg is located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Arosa and all its facilities, in a beautiful and sunny location with a direct view of the mountains and the resort. Fully equipped for self-catering purposes.

Beautiful, cozy 2-room apartment, 35m2 for 3-4 people, sunny balcony with a view of the Arosa mountains. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed for an additional 2 sleeping options. Comfortable dining area with a table, fitted kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, fondue and raclette equipment. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. TV, DVD, radio and WIFI. It takes about 8 minutes on foot to the village center and to the bus stops. Short stays welcome. Pets allowed upon consultation. Costs for pets are CHF 7.00 per day.
