House “Thöny” is located in the centre of Arosa directly behind the train station right between the “Tschuggen-Ost” chair lift and the “Weisshorn” cable car station. The ski run down to the village finishes approx. 50 m from the house. The family holiday flat, located on the third floor, has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet. The bright kitchen cum dining area sits 6-7 people. For small children, a high chair and cot are available. The large spacious bedroom has a double bed, two bunk beds (2 m length), a large fitted wardrobe and a dressing table. The small bedroom contains two single beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The living room has a large settee and a bed sofa. In the fitted wall unit, there is cable TV, including English speaking channels, and DVD player.
The apartment is suited for max. 6 adults or for 4 adults plus 2-3 children. For more persons the adjoining studio (1 room with cooking facilities, cable TV, galerie with double bed, bath room with shower/toilet) can be rented as well.
