Modern and comfortable studio with spectacular views of the mountains, located on the 2nd floor of a residential building in a quiet area, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use. Various hiking trails are easy reachable from the house «Irmella» and the center/bus stop are only a short walk away (faster through the 2nd exit in the upper part of the building).

Apartment house with indoor pool, sauna, quiet sunny central location, from the upper entrance 4-5 minutes to the nearest bus station Rathaus, ski down to the lower entrance possible. The swimming pool is only heated in the summer and winter season. The swimming pool can be used in the off-season, but the water is not heated.
