The apartment house "Serena" (built in 1977, renovated in 2003) is located on the Höhwaldweg in the "Seehalde" area above the Obersee, directly on the return slope Prätschli-Waldwiese/Obersee. Easy, winter-safe access by car, underground parking space with access via the staircase to the flat. The "Seehalde" bus stop of Arosa offers free bus service, located approx. 300 metres from the property. Completely furnished, comfortable holiday flat with south-facing balcony consisting of a living room, kitchen, one double bedroom, 2 connected bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other can be used as a triple bed. The view is phenomenal.
