Living and enjoying in a Graubünden mountain holiday feel-good ambiance: The apartments are designed with a stylish and functionally thought-out interior and offer all comforts. The high-quality execution in authentic, sustainable materials guarantees Graubünden living quality in a representative, cozy atmosphere.

Apartment (54m2) with fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and dishwasher. WLAN, flat-screen TV. In the building, there is the possibility to use a washing machine and dryer for an additional fee. Indoor pool, wellness, ski bus (IMPORTANT: Only in winter, while the Arosa Alpine Club is open); in summer, four guest cards for free use of the mountain railways, rope park, outdoor pool, and discounted entry to the Arosa Bear Land.

The Rothornblick house is tranquil and centrally located, offering a comfortable home in the mountains with its 11 floors and a total of 69 apartments. A tennis hall with two courts is located on the 2nd floor directly in the building.

Thanks to the return ski slope (slope 1h) from the Hörnli valley station, you can ski right to the entrance of the house. Additionally, a free ski shuttle from the Alpine Club is available.

Twice in the morning, the large local buses stop directly at the house. Furthermore, hotel shuttles run every 15 minutes from the Alpine Club to the train station at Obersee.

The Rothornblick house is connected on the 3rd floor via an internal corridor to the Arosa Alpine Club. Holiday guests benefit from free access to the spacious indoor pool (13 x 6 meters), sauna, and fitness area.
