The luxurious 4.5 room Maisonette apartment is located on the 10th floor of the Rothornblick building in a quiet area and surrounded by lots of nature. The apartment is on two floors, on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen as well as 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large corner balcony offers a wonderful mountain view. During the opening times of the next-door hotel, guests are allowed to use its swimming pool, fitness as well as ski shuttle bus in Winter free of charge.

During the winter season (from December 19, 2026, until approximately Easter 2027), the swimming pool, wellness area, fitness studio, and ski shuttle at the adjacent hotel can be used free of charge during their respective opening hours. Current information and any changes can be found on the website of the adjacent hotel. During the summer season, the hotel is closed.

During the winter season (from 20/12-30/03/26), the swimming pool, wellness, fitness and ski shuttle at the attached hotel can be used free of charge in winter. Please note the house rules.

In summer you can reach the large, very well-kept hiking area directly from the house or with the free bus (2 stops in 10 minutes) and use all cable cars and tourist facilities with the "Arosa Card all inclusive". A few minutes away is the wonderful natural swimming pool on the Untersee, the "Badi".
