Living room with open kitchen, 3 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table for 5 to 6 people. High sloping wooden ceiling, balcony facing south, fireplace. One bedroom (2 beds) facing south, one bedroom (2 beds) with sloping wooden ceiling facing north, additional bed possible for 5th person. Bath/WC. Parquet flooring throughout the apartment. Pets allowed upon request.

Located on Sonnenbergstrasse (No. 15), with a scenic and tranquil position. 5 - 8 minutes on foot from the center, the new gondola lift Innerarosa, and the meeting point of the children's ski school.
Right at the front door, the car-free walking and hiking trails begin, for which Arosa is so famous.
Depending on the snow conditions, the Weisshorn lift and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift can be quickly accessed on skis via the Upper Forest Promenade. A sledding run and the ski return trail end right in front of the house.
