Spacious 5-room Chalet on two floors is located close to the hotel Prätschli, the ski slopes as well as the sledding slope start down to the train station. The Chalet Soldanella is situated in a quiet area and the perfect choice for families, the large balcony offers a unique mountain view. The next bus stop is only a 3 minutes’ walk away.

Chalet near the Prästschli with 2 floors, four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace and a large terrace with mountain views and a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet is located below Hotel Hotel Prätschli on Genderstrasse and is perfectly located for skiers and hikers to enter the Arosa sports area. 

Just a few minutes' walk from the Prätschli ski lift and the "Honigland" practice area for children. The Prätschli sledging run starts less than 500m away. The bus stop is only a few meters from the chalet, the golf course is approx. 500m away and the chalet is surrounded by hiking trails (e.g. the Squirrel Trail).
