South-facing holiday apartment in the attic (elevator only goes to the floor below).
Entrance area, large and bright living room facing south with windows reaching under the sloping roof. Fitted kitchen with 3 hotplates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dining table for 5 people, fireplace, south balcony. Large sofa that easily transforms into 2 full-fledged sleeping accommodations. Bedroom, facing north, with double bed and 1 additional sofa bed for a 3rd person. Bathroom/WC. Pets allowed upon request.

Located at Sonnenbergstrasse (No. 15), in a scenic and quiet position. 5 - 8 minutes on foot from the center, the new gondola lift Innerarosa, and the meeting place of the children's ski school.
Directly in front of the door, the traffic-free walking and hiking paths begin, for which Arosa is so famous.
With sufficient snow conditions, the Weisshornbahn and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift are quickly accessible by ski via the Obere Waldpromenade. A sledding run and the return slope end directly in front of the house.
