The Terra Alpina holiday apartment is centrally located in Arosa, directly at the bus stop Zentrum. The amenities include one garage space in the building (5m L, 1.95m B, 1.78m H) and a second in the Ochsenbühl public parking garage for your vehicle, a whirlpool and a sauna ski gondola for relaxation. In the apartment, an effect fireplace creates cozy moments and also functions as a humidifier. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen, there is also a barbecue on the private terrace.

The accommodation has three bedrooms, one of which features a pull-out bed for an additional person. This room also houses a home office station with screen and keyboard. Three bathrooms (two with shower and one guest toilet) and a laundry tower with washer and dryer ensure sufficient comfort. In the living room, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed.

For winter activities, four sleds are available for free use. Ski and bicycle storage are naturally also available.

Upon arrival, the beds are made up, and bath and kitchen towels are provided.
