We would like to inform you that next year at Quellenhof, from April until at least the end of November 2027, an energy renovation of the exterior facade (including ground water heat pump) will take place. The construction work will occur in various stages. Therefore, some restrictions and noise emissions should be expected during the day. The apartment inside will not be affected. The prices have therefore been reduced accordingly.
