5 1/2 room house (approx. 100m2) on two floors; corner terraced house in the Solaria settlement, near the bus stop or about 20 minutes on foot from the valley station of the Parsennbahn; 1st floor - 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, one with a bunk bed, and one with a double bed); bathroom with bathtub and toilet; ground floor - 1 bedroom with a single bed; living room including dining and cooking area as well as a toilet; fully equipped kitchen features an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, milk frother, etc.; terrace with small garden and a balcony above; the house was built in 1968, in 2025 all floors and the kitchen were renovated, and the furniture was replaced. The windows have not yet been renovated; from the terrace and the balcony, there is a view of the Jakobshorn. Both are south-facing and sunny; Wi-Fi, TV; bed linen, towels; washing machine available; pets not allowed; non-smoking house.
