2 1/2 room apartment (52m2) ground floor (with elevator) of an apartment building; simple but well equipped kitchen with ceramic glass, oven, coffee mschine, refrigerator, toaster, etc.; dining area; living room with a sofa bed (good mattresses), sofa, TV, DVD and radio; 1 bedroom with a double bed; bath/toilet (renewed); furnished patio, parking, ski cupboard; for sharing: washing machine / dryer ( charge and by arrangement); ski room and children's playground; bed linen, bath linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper and 1 rubbush bag/blue; pets are not allowed; non smoking, allergy-dwelling; on request: cot, high chair and changing mat; Bünda, sunny, peaceful location just a few minutes to the ski lift Bünda, cross country and close to the Davos lake; apartment renovated 2009/10.
