Very bright, modern 3 ½ room apartment (70m2), on the 1st floor, within walking distance (app. 300m) to the children's ski area Bolgen and the Jakobshorn; to Davos Platz train station and shopping centers only max. 300m; 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (180x200cm), the second with two single beds (90x200cm); 1 bathroom/toilet; separate kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator including freezer, oven, Bialetti Moka Express,  raclette, cheese and meat fondue set; living-/dining room with TV, radio, iPod / iPhone-conditioning and wireless internet; large cozy winter garden with sitting area and a marvelous view; 2 balconies; parking in front of the house; bed linen, bath towels, nordic cover; pets are not allowed; non smoker apartment; shared use of ski room and washing machine / dryer.
