The modern and quietly located 2.5-room apartment is situated on the edge of Champfèr, the idyllic village right next to St. Moritz.

The apartment features a bedroom with a king-size box spring bed. The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living area and offers a cozy dining nook for up to four people. The living room has direct access to the east-facing balcony and includes a TV, a high-quality sofa bed with a comfortable pull-out bed, and an armchair. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower fixture. The fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons.

Shared facilities include a laundry room and a ski room. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.

The apartment is located a few kilometers from the Signalbahn, making the Corviglia ski and hiking area easily accessible. Within walking distance, you will find a village shop, a bar, and the Talvo restaurant. The small mountain lake Lej Marsch is a 15-minute walk away.
