The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and was completely renovated in spring 2025. A terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains belongs to the apartment. Sunrise TV and Wi-Fi internet are included. A reserved garage parking space is also part of the apartment. A ski storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

The apartment is practically on the ski slope leading to the Signalbahn. You can cross the street from the apartment and be directly on the slope.

The Coop supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and other shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.
