The perfect holiday apartment for ski enthusiasts right next to the ski slope and Signalbahn. Skiers can ski directly to the front door.

This attractive apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa and TV corner, as well as a dining table. From the living room, you can access the balcony with a beautiful view, as well as afternoon and evening sun. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, and another bedroom offers 3 bunk beds. Adjacent are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A ski room and shared laundry facilities are also available. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.

The location of the holiday apartment is a big advantage, allowing you to ski directly onto the slopes in the morning and back to your front door in the evening. The apartment is well-maintained and beautifully furnished.

The ski-in/ski-out location is a rarity in St. Moritz. Shops, restaurants, and the Coop supermarket are about a 5-minute walk away.
