On the ground floor, there is a shared laundry room, a bike room, and a ski room with a waxing table. A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 15.00 per day. Additional parking spaces are located at Via San Gian 2 (distance: 500m, weekly parking permits available at the municipal police, Via Quadrellas 7).

Access to the cross-country ski trail is also next to the house. A sports field and indoor pool are in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment. The bus runs every 10 minutes, taking you to the Signalbahn valley station, the gateway to the Corviglia ski area, in just 3 minutes.
