The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds, respectively, and share a bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes a ski room and a shared laundry room. The kitchen also has a private washing machine. Two garage parking spaces can be rented for an additional fee.

During the renovation of the apartment, great care was taken to use high-quality materials. Granite flooring was installed in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms, while the living room and bedrooms have warm wooden floors. This apartment provides an all-around comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood in Champfèr. From Champfèr, you can easily reach the ski areas of St. Moritz/Corviglia or Silvaplana/Corvatsch in just a few minutes. In Champfèr, you will find a small village shop, a sports store, and one of the best restaurants in the Engadine. Next to the neighborhood is the 5-star Giardino Mountain hotel, where you can use the children's area and the wellness facilities (for a fee).
