Location:
The wonderful view of the mountains and the extremely cozy roof apartment on the 3rd floor (without lift) promise peace and relaxation.  Shopping facilities, bus station and indoor swimming pool are nearby.

Apartment:
The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2002, renovated in 2021 and the furnishings were largely renewed. ( Satellite TV, Internet (Wlan), DAB radio) The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric.Stove, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and a generous range of kitchen utensils invites you to cook for yourself. Children are taken care of. High-chair, cot . and some toys are available.  With two double bedrooms (including a double room with a normal extra bed) and two bathrooms (bath and shower), the apartment is also suitable for five guests. A bike/ski storage room is available in the house, as well as a washing machine. Mrs. Jutta Scandella, who lives in the Chesa Viola, is happy to provide information.

And in addition to the diverse sports facilities, high-class cultural offers such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages attract.

In winter, 350 kilometers of the finest slopes of the Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and the family-friendly Zuoz ski resorts invite you to true skiing and snowboarding pleasure. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and in the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. If you want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snowy forests, hike on the 150 km of winter hiking trails to the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, if you prefer to have an overview, enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sun on a carriage ride to Val Roseg or Val Fex, or tobogganing down into the valley on the 4.2km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
