The holiday apartment features a living and dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and is fully furnished. A dining table for 6 people is available, and from the kitchen, you can access the balcony with a beautiful view towards Piz Padella and Corviglia. The living room has two sofas and a TV. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and an additional bathroom with a shower is available. The apartment includes a ski room and a private laundry room. A garage parking space is also part of the apartment.

The apartment is located in a modern new building and has been recently furnished with new furniture.

The holiday apartment is situated at the entrance to the historic village part of Pontresina. The bus stop is directly in front of the building. In 4 minutes on foot, you can reach the cross-country ski track and ice/curling rink in winter, as well as various hiking and biking trails, and the tennis/playground in summer.
