There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space, a ski room, a bike room, and a laundry room.

The apartment is very bright, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment is located in the same building as the BunDi bakery. Next door, you will find the Coop supermarket and Via Maistra with its numerous shops and dining options. The San Spiert ski practice slope is within walking distance, and children up to 14 years old can ski there for free. Next to the ski slope, there is also a toboggan run. The indoor swimming pool is also within walking distance. Lastly, the location is an ideal starting point for excursions towards Morteratsch (hiking, biking, cross-country skiing) and the Roseg Valley (hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and carriage rides). The bus stop is also almost in front of the building.

In summer, there may be some noise due to construction work on the opposite plot.
