Upper floor: living room with 1 double sofabed (135 cm, length 190 cm), bar and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony 7 m2, east facing position balcony 3 m2, east facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 5 (roofed, 1 car). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
