How to get to Champery

Ski holidays in Champery combine the rustic charm of a very pretty traditional Swiss ski resort with one of the world's largest ski areas - the Portes du Soleil linking resorts such as Morzine and Avoriaz. Access to Champery is easy whether you are coming by plane, train or car.

By plane

The closest airport to Champery is Sion being just 61kms away. Geneva is a little further away but has the benefit of offering many international flights from across Europe. Transfers from Geneva to Champery takes around 2 hours to cover the 130km.

By car

To get to Champery by car, head towards Montreux on Lake Geneva and then follow the A9 motorway heading towards Simplon / Grand-St.-Bernard. Exit at junction 18 sign-posted Saint-Triphon / Monthey Nord / Pas-de-Morgins the follow the signs for Portes du Soleil and Champéry.

By train

You can get the by train from Geneva airport - go to Aigle first and change on to the scenic train to Champery.
