How to get to Park City
By plane
The closest international airport is Salt Lake City International with over 840 scheduled daily flights serving more than 90 cities with non-stop flights to Paris and Tokyo. Driving from the airport takes just 35 minutes to the ski resort making it one of the shortest airport transfers around as is the case for most ski resorts in Utah.
By train
Unfortunately, there is no train station in Park City. The nearest Amtrak station is at Salt Lake City, just 22 miles away. Many buses go between the two cities and a taxi will take around 30 minutes.
By car
If you are flying in to Salt Lake City International, getting to Park City by car is quick and easy....
- On leaving the airport, head east on Interstate 80 for 4.4 miles
- Merge onto I-15 South / I-80 east heading southbound for 2.5 miles
- Continue on I-80 Eastbound for 21 miles
- Exit I-80 at the Kimball Junction/Park City Exit # 145
- Head southbound on UT-224 for 6 miles before arriving at the base carpark
