"Rosi Studio", 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the top floor. Bright: 2nd upper floor: living/sleeping room with 2 beds, dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Apartment house "Rosi & Lore". In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor.
