Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Small balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Garage space n n°5 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. No lift.

Chalet "Le Bouquetin", 3 storeys. Above Villars, in the district of La Résidence, in a sunny position in the residential district, 200 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains.
