Spacious and bright living-/dining room (total area of 60sqm) with open-plan kitchen (furnished with ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set), dining table, swedish oven, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 box spring bed (180x200cm). 1 bedroom with box spring bed (160x200cm). 1 bathroom with separate shower, bathtub and toilet. 1 separate toilet. Store room, washing machine and tumble dryer (including ironing board and flat iron) are available on the lower ground floor. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. WiFi.
Baby cot (70x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available.

Important note:
By occupancy with up to 2 persons (lower price) there is only one bedroom at your disposal. The other two bedrooms remain locked.
